I think Tucker handled it by saying that is alleged by people in the video that Epps was working for Feds, he did not declare it as fact. He let the video do the talking.
If I remember it correctly, then there isn’t much Epps can do about that.

So Ray Epps reportedly lives in Arizona. How is it that he happened to be in DC on J6? We saw many pictures and videos of Mr Epps wearing a Trump hat that day. Does anyone have a video or pic of Mr Epps wearing a Trump hat any other time either before or after J6? So the J6 kangaroo court 'interviewed' him but did not allow cross exam by Trump's lawyers. How many of the J6 protesters were given the same convenience?

The time for a new J6 investigation to get to the truth is long, long overdue. It is time to have Mr Epps testify before congress. It is time to have Ms Pelosi testify before congress. It is time to have Mr Byrd testify before congress. But then, maybe Mr McCarthy and the deep state don't want to see the truth?

January 6, 2021 was not an insurrection. It was America's Reichstag Fire. Protesters were enticed and welcomed to enter the capital. Mr Epps was part of that!

I’m sure Carlson would be glad to have Epps on his show and give him as much time as he wants to explain away his urging people to go “into the Capitol, into the Capitol” and the fact that he was whispering in someone’s ear just seconds before the guy breached the flimsy barricade at the Capitol. Epps can also explain why he lied about where he was when he sent the email about how he orchestrated the event. Should be easy enough for him to explain all these things.
