While spring break revelers in Miami were put under curfew following a series of deadly shootings, the party shows no signs of slowing down in Texas.

No telling about the genders...... I remember one year they descended on Galveston and many restaurants closed for the week. Why should anything stay open and risk damage by a bunch of people who have no respect or morals in mob mode?.. (and I’m including whites in that mix). Poor South Padre.....a nice place for sure I hope they’re reined in.
