Sharon Stone revealed that she lost “half” of her fortune, presumably in the Silicon Valley Bank collapse.
The “Basic Instinct” star broke down in tears as she accepted the Courage Award during the Women’s Cancer Research Fund’s (WCRF) fundraiser Thursday and said it took “courage” for her to donate given the bank’s failure.
“I know that thing that you have to get on and figure out how to text the money is difficult. I’m a technical idiot, but I can write a f–king check,” she said from the stage.

Maybe she owned stock in the bank. My mom always told me to never put all my eggs in one basket. I guess Ms Stone never heard that before.
I doubt she was a shareholder in SVB. Just my opinion, of course.

I would like an answer to that also. I have no idea but it really shows the lack of any positive quality about a person in my book. My opinion of them is based on the way they express themselves - curse and my opinion is formed!!!!

I recall when she was publicly speaking claiming that she had cured her breast cancer by stopping the consumption of coffee.
The actual facts are a little bit different. She was never diagnosed with breast cancer. She had lumps in her breasts which disappeared when she stopped consuming coffee. Were she not a liar and a moron she would know that small lumps in the breasts are common among coffee drinkers and usually disappear when coffee is no longer consumed
So she only has half a fortune?
