So buy a nice still now? Sounds like a good plan
“Have we stopped a single thing?”
Exactly right...
They have done cut that board too short and there is no miracle going to make it long enough again.
Well, if you're not one of the GloboHomoNazi Elite, you're going to Starve and Freeze in the Dark, while your children service the Prog Left Deviants in Amerika and Western Europe.
Thank you for posting Openurmind.
The peacetime paper money and debit cards that many people use, including me, is unconstitutional imo.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 5: To coin Money [emphasis added], regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;"
"Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts [emphases added]; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility."
"In every event, I would rather construe so narrowly as to oblige the nation to amend, and thus declare what powers they would agree to yield, than too broadly, and indeed, so broadly as to enable the executive and the Senate to do things which the Constitution forbids." —Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.
So hopefully more masks of elite political party politicians who haven't read blatantly ignore the Constitution that they swore to protect and defend are going to fall off in time for them to get primaried in 2024 as a consequence of this issue.
In fact, regarding Clause 5 of Section 8 above, note that the drafters of the Constitution wanted only metal coin money because paper money had proven hard to regulate, paper money defeating the fed's power to regulate value of money.
Justice Joseph Story had put it this way about problems with paper money.
"It has been justly remarked, that the power "to coin money" would, doubtless, include that of regulating its value [emphasis added], had the latter power not been expressly inserted. But the constitution abounds with pleonasms and repetitions of this nature."—Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 4 and 5, Commentaries on the Constitution 2:§§ 732--33, 735--39
"It is further to be observed, that the states cannot issue bills of credit; not that they cannot make them a legal tender; but that they cannot issue them at all. This is a clear indication of the intent of the constitution to restrain the states, as well from establishing a paper circulation, as from interfering with the metallic circulation [emphases added]."—Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 4 and 5, Commentaries on the Constitution 2:§§ 732--33, 735--39
I question if Democrats and RINOs of the very corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties have read the discussions of the drafters of the Constitution and are deliberately establishing policies that the drafters had decided against to purposely try to destroy the constitutional republic.
Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?
The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...
All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.
Based on the sickening performance of the current spineless American character, nothing...
“It’s been mostly cashless for over 25 years. So I’ll keep doing what I’ve been doing. Which only uses cash a couple times a month.”
Willful ignorance of subversion and conspiracy is just as complicit as being directly involved in the subversion and conspiracy.
I haven’t used cash to buy anything for several years.
And thank you for this... Great knowledge shared here...
“I haven’t used cash to buy anything for several years.”
Willful ignorance of subversion and conspiracy is just as complicit as being directly involved in the subversion and conspiracy.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA
That’s the dumbest answer possible. Congratulations.
here’s the reality of the situation:
IT’S TOO LATE.
The cashless cow left the barn in the 80s
The barn burned down in the 90s
Now you want to close the door
We are ALREADY functionally cashless. You are Don Quixote. Except the windmill have all been torn down. You lost this fight before you even thought it might happen.
“So buy a nice still now? Sounds like a good plan”
Make one DIY... Just don’t use leaded Solder... :)
I haven’t used cash very often in almost 40 years.
That is not true... Up until just a couple years ago I successfully operated a “Cash/in house credit only” business that did extremely well. Because of my rates my customers did not mind paying the credit I extended, or making the effort to hand me cash.
So that is a myth invented by banks who want to reap the middleman tariffs and tolls.
“I haven’t used cash very often in almost 40 years.”
And this is why they are pulling what they are pulling...
Willful ignorance of subversion and conspiracy is just as complicit as being directly involved in the subversion and conspiracy.
Using a credit card? Your concept of “subversion and conspiracy” are deeply flawed.
They hate bitcoin because it is the only cryptocurrency they cannot manipulate/inflate to nothing.
The enemy of my enemy...
That’s at least part of the motive. The Fed was looking for a way to compete with Bitcoin, which could already make those instant money transfers, including across borders.
I never saw if the proposed CBDC would be a blockchain like BITC.
“Using a credit card?”
Never have... Never will. If I do not have the total saved to buy it then I don’t need it and will find a way to live without it. I built three businesses from scratch and never once borrowed money or used credit cards.
That is the plan. Try to keep up.
Bartering is always a good option. And a good reason to store extras of things that don’t take much room.
I think I’ve used the example in the past of sewing needles. They’re cheap, you can fit a lot of them inside a pill bottle, and when things get rough they can sew clothing or skin as needed.
Although, my favorite barter item is seeds. They’re among the few emergency supplies that can produce multiples of themselves :) I probably have enough squash and tomato seeds to plant half my township. Working on things like corn, legumes, sunflowers, and true potato seeds.
(I’m a professional plant breeder, so I’d be doing this no matter what was happening. Plants are my obsession.)
