What would the Marxist progressives have to say if a law was passed that allowed only black women to get abortions? Yeah, thought so.

Here’s my theory. The cops think that as long as the drugs and mayhem stay in the black community it’s not worth dealing with. To get a conviction they’d generally need blacks to testify against blacks and that won’t happen. Also, as a rule, blacks don’t vote. Putting a few in jail does not move the needle as far as the cops are concerned one way or the other. It’s the same reason that so many shootings happen in Chicago. They’re only affecting the black community and the black community will not ask for or accept any help in reducing violence. It’s just part of the way things are. I watched an interview with a black Chicago mother who had lost four of her five sons in drive-by shootings. She was angry, but it apparently never occurred to her to move. She was living in the same apartment complex as a host of black dealers. That’s the very definition of “I should get out of here.” Nope. Just anger with no logic about what she should do about the situation.

Statistics that show 4.5% of Black men will commit murder during their own lifetime, also show that 95.5% WILL NOT.
Treating every black guy as if they are a murderer is simultaneously a logical survival strategy, AND a cruel injustice against the non-murdering 95.5%. This creates an ethical dilemma, pitting self preservation against making choices based on racist assumptions. Based on the data, this is a much more pressing problem for the Black community than the White one.
Anyone who believes Black Lives Matter, ought to be focused on protecting black lives from murderers, by removing the murderers from society. Perversely, the BLM movement seeks to put black lives at greater risk by reducing police presence, treating normal legal standards as racist, and releasing dangerous criminals to prey on the public. The data makes it obvious that deaths at the hands of police are minimal compared to murders by non-police. Yet BLM focuses it’s propaganda and “protests” as if the opposite were the case. The “media” is complicit in a virtual holocaust of black lives by allowing this nonsense to stand.
This is nutty speculation, but I wonder whether incarcerating offenders has a straight-line effect, or if those who are not murdered because their potential murderers are incarcerated, are the exact sort most likely to commit murder themselves. (I.e., does the high rate of murder among the black male demographic tend to thin the pool of murderers, whereas innocent victims saved are a fairly minor portion.) I guess incarcerating enough over time would put a dent in the cycle.
That’s extortion.
Well, when it does not work, are they going to return the money?
In New Orleans, 1 in 14 black males will be murdered by 40, that is 7%. The converse, that roughly 7% will murder, is also true.
How many blacks there are living the life that readily leads to murder? A quarter? Half?
Self preservation wins. The "Race Card" is overcharged and I no longer accept it.
Keeping them stoned is a form of control.
And arm yourself, chances of needing it increase steadily.

My IMMEDIATE question also: Will 4.5% percent of black males COMMIT murder in their lifetime?
Or (historically) will 4.5% of black males BE murdered to end their life?
Historically (and currently) how many black males born in US cities (born into that ghetto culture, growing up in Obama’s modern black welfare-socialist culture) be arrested into the juvenile or adult prison cultures?
When your life aspirations solely consist of 22”rims for your car, dope, ho’s, gold teef, and cash, your lifespan goes from the 70s to the 30s......kind of like Botswana without the disease, famine, and hunger.
Fix it? Make it much worse. It only adds to their sense of entitlement and persecution. It also empowers them.
Surely we are coming to the end.
I think it is even worse. People HATE the hand that feeds them. It would breed massive resentment at being "kept" and hatred for the people that "keep" them. There would be zero thanks, zero appreciation, zero acknowledgement of the sacrifice to pay them off. As you say, it would amp up their sense of entitlement and all we hear from here to eternity is "more, more, more, more...and more."

Not only it won’t fix it, it will make it much worse.
Reparation will be an admission that today’s blacks have been somehow wronged. This will give them more excuses to misbehave.

It’s not that one would think all blacks are potential murderers. That is racist. For myself I have several black neighbors that I have no concerns about. I work with lots of black people and I don’t suspect a single one of them of murder.
It is a concern that the prevalent black culture might be toned down a bit. Rap music, dark tinted windows, hoodies with the hoods up, flash mobs, those kinds of things. I suppose that’s racist too but still it is worth looking at.
