Hollywood legend Gene Hackman proved he’s still in tip-top shape as he performed yard work at his ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on Sunday.
The “Unforgiven” actor — who celebrated his 93rd birthday in January — looked fit and healthy as he brandished a shovel at his private estate.
Earlier in the day, the two-time Oscar winner was spotted fueling up for physical labor at a local Wendy’s, where he ordered a meal at the drive-thru.

He’s 93 and driving his own car by himself through a drive through... We should all be so lucky.

God bless him. He seems to be doing pretty good at 93 years old. I always liked watching him in the movies he was part of. He played a good part in Unforgiving with Clint Eastwood. I also liked him in Bite The Bullet.

My late neighbor did great at 93. Not so good a few years later. When you hit the 90s, the end is near.

Here he is as the intensely driven Harry Caul in 1974's The Conversation.

That was a great movie. I didn’t see it until a year ago, but it was fantastic.

Is that a McIntosh amp on the shelf in that picture?

His revenge scenes in Mississippi Burning are favorites of mine.

I love Gene Hackman and will watch any movie he’s in.
He looks awful though. But good for him for driving and eating at Wendys.

No wonder he’s reclusive, he can’t even go get a hamburger without someone invading his privacy and taking pictures to splash all over the internet.

Absolutely laughable article. We were mocking it the other day.
He looks like death.

Wow, if I ran into him at a Wendy’s I would never recognize him.
Still pretty good for 93.

Not aging is much worse. It’s a part of life.

Thats him?
Didn’t recognize him. Not bad for 93.
At least he seems to have a good financial advisor. I imagine most actors are broke and/or in poor health after leaving the industry.

LOL 🤣, you both must be young, if you are that amazed at the difference in appearance between when you last saw him on the big screen in 2004, or even earlier if you didn't see his last film Mooseport:

I'm just amazed that he still has the ability to drive to maintain his independence. Most are not capable of doing so. I applaud him for that myself.
Heck, I can't tell you how many people I didn't recognize after just 10 years of leaving high school at the 10 year reunion I went to, many moons ago now. 🙂
I decided I didn't want to go to anymore after that. 🤣
To: Robert DeLong
I haven’t seen Mooseport. Only seen a lot of the other ones when he made a lot younger than what he is today.
