After World War II, 2 factors brought a lot of “immigrants” to England’s future ghettoization of England and the current Ghettos.
The UK leaders had two pressing problems after the destruction of farm/city buildings by German Bombers, and the massive loss of young men in battles on land, the seas and in the air. They were needed to farm to feed the survivors and/or to rebuild their bombed out areas.
So a lot of young migrants were admitted over 2+ decades to
rebuild the bombed areas (both housing and industrial) and get the UK’s cities built back up. Also, reestablishing farming and the distribution system to get produce/meat/? harvested, sent to the rebuilt cities and stores.
After 2 decades, the above successfully happened. Also, the next generation of young unskilled male and female workers increased in number. They were often under educated and not able to work in the rapidly changing UK post war job market.
Often, they became criminals and so did their offspring.
In some areas the UK is into the 4th and 5th generations of the former immigrants. They are often unskilled and have zero loyalty to the Brits, whose ancestors brought their family ancestors to the urban/city hell holes to live. They are very skilled and good at breeding more potential criminals.

But I was stationed in England for three years and visited their several times afterwards. In my experience, this was definitely not the case. Speaking to a black British person sounds the same as speaking to a white British person, and they are equally polite. No be talkin' ghetto jive. But like I said, maybe not anymore.
