I agree with what so many have written here about the horse paste, zinc, D, melatonin, NAC, aspirin, Pepsid, keeping as active as you can, hydrating, Mucinex, Amoxcillin, Quercetin, a few things that are escaping me. Hit it hard with a lot of things.
Also, add lysine, and at least 1000 units of vitamin C. CBD oil, perhaps some with melatonin to make sure you sleep at night a good eight hours straight. Vitamin Shoppe will Fed Ex overnight.
As far as foodstuff- use lots of garlic, chicken bone broth, put a lot clove in tea as well as cinnamon, star anise, manuka honey, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Get good sleep. Nap. But do make an effort to walk around your house a good bit every hour when not sleeping. If it is not too cold, take a walk outside. Take deep breaths and blow out up balloon a couple times an hour.
Doing very well. No headache, no nausea, no loss of smell or taste. A bit achy, a sore throat this morning that is gone, my congestion cleared up before Mucinex arrived but took a pill anyway. Except a 101.4 temp Thursday (?), it’s been normal - The highest now is 99.1 which is seldom. I’m taking Excedrin religiously to keep the fever down. Doubled up on the Quercetin, Zinc, Vit. C and D. I’m not even that fatigued. I did receive the confirmation from the lab that I do have Covid. thank God, so far, so good.
