Don’t fall for this constitutional carry trap
The true purpose behind everybody trying to load up their state laws with sensitive places is not really about prohibiting you from carrying firearms in those places. It's about designating so many areas as sensitive places that it creates only tiny little isolated pockets where you're actually legally allowed to carry, and you can't plausibly do it without technically violating the law dozens of times every single day. Because the instant they stop you for any mundane reason and you happen to be in or near one of those locations you're going to catch a charge for unlawful possession and the courts will allow them to prohibit you from possessing firearms anymore.

Does public school grounds also include inside the school? I thought ccw inside a school is prohibited by federal law.

They need to add in doctors’ offices, they are as the areas are not safe. Wolfchase mall has carjacking too many times to suit me. No place in Shelby Co is safe, Millington, Kroger parking lot is not safe, an UNARMED SECURITY GUARD is useless, and there was a robbery and 2 armed carjackings.
Bad enough Kroger robs us.

From the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, defining the legislative jurisdiction of the Congress:
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;

If you mean the Gun-Free School Zones Act (bleh), it exempts licensed carry when in the state the license was issued.

All firearms laws, restrictions are a violation of my constitutional God given rights.Unfortunately you'll go bankrupt defending these rights, just as the lefties planned by throwing all these unconstitutional laws on the books.

“All firearms laws, restrictions are a violation of my constitutional God given rights.”
So, you’re saying when a property owner restricts you from carrying in your hand a cocked and loaded 1911 pattern pistol on that owner’s property, it s a violation of your “constitutional God given rights”?

Dude — FReedom confuses many on this site!
They don’t comprehend that a property owner may not like the same things they do and that on that property THE owner has their own rights...

The OP is correct. For example, even in Free Florida there is a law that firearms are not allowed within 1000 feet of a school! However, the law does NOT apply to concealed weapon permit holders. So going thru the process and paying for a permit is still the smartest thing to do. Avoid these add but significant traps.
