It’s call the “not face.” It’s an expression of strong negation or disagreement. Apparently, being rightfully arrested for their crimes does not sit well with them.

it won’t help..both the scares and marks on their faces are meth scratches. Detox will be real rough for them. One year prison term will actually help them if in a rehab ward.
