Yes, DO NOT USE TAP WATER IN THESE THINGS!!!
If you want to use them you need to use distilled water.

Actually you can only use that item with a saline packet which would render the amoeba quite dead.
And blowing your freaking nose will not help to clean out any infection lurking in your sinuses.
