Uh oh. Time for the feds to take Omega 3 off the market
Okay, so don’t be sufficient in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids.
Guessing this is why I never came down with Covid. I eat Salmon twice a week. Think I will have Salmon tonight.
“Bioactive omega-3 fatty acidsThere's a reason they use that term. I'm not going to muddy my comment by elaborating, except that most prepared fish is 'fish-flavored chicken' and all supplements I've tried - not cheap ones either, proven with repeatable fails - are not bioactive.
Basically all antioxidants, anti inflammatories, and anti-coagulants are useful against Covid.

Since there are enough studies out there now that mixed omega acid (DHA/EPA) fish oil doesn’t do much for heart health. I have been taking EPA only fish oil for about 3 years.
It runs a bit expensive, but I think it’s worth it. Same principle as prescription EPA only drug Vescepa. Shown to lower cardiovascular events and with prolonged use reduces accumulated arterial plaque with an added benefit of reducing body inflammation.
I buy Swanson EPA Elite Gems, and Omegavia EPA only.
I did have a mild case of Covid in Aug 2021, nothing since and I’m a non masker living in heavily populated So. CA.
I eat 2 heaping tablespoons of organic whole ground flax seeds every day in my morning protein drink as well as taking a quality flax oil supplement. My omegas are good.
Also the 3 heaping tablespoons of high quality whey give me a substantial amount of lactoferrin. Plus I add NAC, zinc, C & Quercetin.
No guarantees, but we are a proactive as possible. NO Jabs, of course.
Thanks.

Heh, heh! I’m on the patio at a restaurant right now and that made me LOL. Really.
HAHAHA, ain’t that the troooth.
Good nutrition can go a long way toward good health. Supplements should be taken according to the dosage given on the bottle. Behavior can be a detriment to health. Drug use and alcoholism are the surest way to compromise ones immune system. Homosexual behavior can cause infection with STDs which also can compromise the immune system. My mom used to tell me, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
