I came back from cycling a couple of years ago to my parking spot at the local mall and while I was getting the helmet and bike stowed, I noticed two 11-12 year old boys being spoken to by a middle aged guy in a white Nissan 300ZX. He was a bit enthusiastic, and the two kids (one black and one white) looked uncomfortable.
I figured that these kids didn't know this guy - so I walked closer and said to the kids "do you know this guy"? and they shook their heads - and I told them to get on home. The guy in the car turned his head towards me and said something like "I'm just being friendly" and started his engine and left quickly. I noted his license number and called the local cops and when the cop arrived, he ran the license and said that the license was not the correct one for that car.
The information in that early video is a pertinent today as it was back then. Except now, the perverts are in power.
