The boss of the feared Russian Wagner mercenary group has called for the Russian defence minister's son-in-law to be raped or 'given the sledgehammer'.
Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin threatened to have his men bring defence minister Sergei Shoigu's son-in-law Alexey Stolyarov, 33, to him so he could be trained to go and fight in Ukraine.
Prigozhin said the fitness influencer could be 'raped' or face the notorious 'sledgehammer' execution that Wagner has used to kill defectors, as the bitter rift between Vladimir Putin's top military cronies spirals out of control.
The Wagner chief, like General Shoigu, is a close Putin crony, but the two men loathe each other.
Prigozhin demanded that Stolyarov - who avoided the military draft and is the partner of Shoigu's 32-year-old daughter Ksenia Shoigu - should be trained for war.
'I can give instructions on what needs to be done - it is necessary to catch Stolyarov and bring him to me,' said Prigozhin.
'I will train him for six weeks. I will help him improve by sending him to combat operations. Before that he can be [raped].'
Prigozhin also ranted that 'we ought to pick up a sledgehammer, and deal with it in an adult way, leaving humour aside'.
At least one convicted murderer Yevgeny Nuzhin, 55, was bludgeoned to death with a sledgehammer for deserting Wagner's frontline, and there are reports there have been more examples.
Prigozhin has raged against the defence minister - especially over the slow supply of ammunition and weapons to his forces, which are made up of volunteers and convicts released to fight for Putin. He has labelled such failings as treachery.

As I looked through the story, I didn’t see a reference to why they think this is true. Is there a video? They didn’t even bother to quote an unnamed source this time.

People who think this is idle talk don’t know how things work in today’s Russia.
For example, in the USA if you go to prison, you worry about the other prisoners raping you. If you go to prison in Russia, you have to worry about the guards raping you.
You don’t want to sell this guy life insurance.

I know there are some Russians around here who think that is so cool. It’s not.
These people will turn on their masters. I could envision them marching to the Kremlin with sledgehammers in their hands.

Sounds like somebody needs military training. In a time of war, you would think they would either get a deferment or a reserve commission to avoid the battlefield.
Anyways, the Wagner Commander, is breaking the Ukrainian defenses.
The Ukraine Conflict is a ticking time bomb. In the US, the Biden Admin appointees talking about winning a limited nuclear war and the destruction of Russia (Would someone educate these authoritarians in the Biden Admin - the ones who hate the military, and think they are more qualified to run things). Russia is in the motions of training up to two million soldiers under arms with programs running thru summer of 2024. In Russia, the Foreign ministry has warned Ukraine any attack on Russia, or Russian forces in Moldova to be an Act of War - and Russia will unleash the War in the Wings, AND those 160K Russian’s defeated by Ukraine have now after pulling back, reorganized and are pushing Ukrainian defenses to the limits - Ukraine cannot hold any of the lines should WAR with Russia transpire. AND Biden says the coming War with China.... NEOCONS are having Wet Dreams.

It was just derogative joke from Prigozhin. And he is not a chief but a General who commands about 50000 men corp. Most effective storm troopers in Russian military. Just estimate how many stars could be american general who commands and successfully the similar corp.
