Chloe Cole, a detransitioned 18-year-old woman, announced the first official lawsuit in the U.S. against the hospital and affiliated medical group that facilitated her medical transition as a minor.
The Center for American Liberty, along with the Dhillon Law Group and LiMandri & Jonna LLP, have filed a lawsuit against the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, alleging medical negligence in providing chemical and surgical sex change interventions to Chloe Cole when she was a minor between the ages of 13-16.
“Chloe’s family sought medical treatment for her at Kaiser,” said Harmeet K. Dhillon, attorney and CEO of the Center for American Liberty. “Her physicians and other medical professionals violated the first norm of the profession, the Hippocratic Oath, when, instead of caring for her and providing medically competent diagnoses and treatment, they permanently disfigured her for profit.”

Despite receiving a Notice of Intent to Sue on November 9, 2022, the defendants neglected to respond for over 90 days, which left Cole with “no choice but to seek justice from a court of law,” the press release states.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendants coerced Cole into pursuing irreversible chemical and surgical interventions between the ages of 13 and 16 while “concealing less invasive treatments and by lying to her about her condition.”

A man or a woman has to be out of their mind to decide to chop up their one and only healthy body in a bid to become something they can never be, but the world will hound and cancel you for saying so. Some of the beliefs in our times have got to be some of the craziest in human history.
“The same thing happened with abortions at the Kaiser I worked at about 10 years ago. They referred all the abortions out to a non affiliated community clinic because the publicity, hassle, and finding a provider to do this was not worth the headache.”
Makes one wonder if Kaiser is referring these unhappy teens to outside non affiliated hospitals/clinics to perform these sex change operations/procedures.

Whats also going to happen is a patient who really believes they have gender dysphoria, undergoes the surgery and goes on with their life. Now, these people are mentally ill to start with. If they see a cool 5 million they can earn by claiming they were not given appropriate counseling for the procedure they now “ regret “ ( not really but for lawsuit money they will say that) they are also going to sue.
I hope it bankrupts the clinics, hospital systems and medical providers looking for a quick buck.
This should sink any HC system that allowed these surgeries to proceed. Can’t believe I’m rooting for the tort bar.
I think thats why the transgender activists don’t like the detransitioners. One lawsuit which results in millions of dollars settlement will destroy this practice of surgery and hormonal treatments because everyone will jump on the lawsuit bandwagon. That will result in this practice being stopped.

We’re a few years behind the process that Europe’s going through, and most countries there have completely abandoned the process.
These “Doctors” are the Josef Mengele types. They are not interested in the health of humans, but are driven by morbid fascinations of the human body. They are on the same plane as abortionists. People are experiments, and money pits.
Chloe is a brave young woman.

I’m praying Chloe Cole starts a website that lists the medical horrors of transgender mutilation medicine. I’ve tried looking it up, but I haven’t found a site that is thorough and detailed.
I’m pretty sure Gov DeSantis made it legal to sue Mengele transgender “care” physicians. I still find it astounding that this has to be made legal. Only thing I can figure is patients’ parents have to sign permission for experimental drugs and care. Experimental should have scared off majority of parents.
