According to Rivera, a man identified by him only as “Reggie” somehow swiped the Powerball ticket from him that same day. Even if Reggie didn't swipe it, I suspect Jose will not have his money for very long, regardless

There was likely video recording of where the lotto tickets were sold. And once the precise location and time of sell of the winning ticket was determined (the lottery commission would have access to this “metadata” nearly instantly they would have asked the store for that video. And they would have retained it To this day,

If I recall correctly, there is a place on the back of the ticket for you to fill out your information. With that much money at stake, shouldn’t he have filled it out as soon as he got it?
