A polite way of saying "hamburger grease".

I save all the fats (separately of course) especially bacon grease. You can make a nicer roux, you can use them with the air-fryer.

I usually add some animal fat to my dog food recipe. I used the last of my rendered beef fat on their food because I was out of lard. I think it was enough to make some fries. Worst part is the fat was infused with curry and would have made fantastic fries.
