I sometimes have 3 dogs sticking their heads outside my truck. I don’t take them far but it’s pretty funny looking.

Many years ago there was this short film. I think it was on SNL. In the film you are looking from the eyes of a dog. The owner calls the dog and it hops into the vehicle all excited to be going for a ride. You then see the world flashing by seen by the dog with its head out the window until all of a sudden there is a telephone pole and bop and the film ends suddenly.
One of the joys of being a dog is sticking your head out the window of a moving car. Speaking for a friend.

They always call these “I hate dogs” bills protection.
South Carolina has a similar bill although that one would allow the government to confiscate your pet and bill you if you get accused of “abuse”.
