Wikileaks just dumped all of their files online. Everything from Hillary Clinton's emails, McCain's being guilty, Vegas shooting done by an FBI sniper, Steve Jobs HIV letter, PedoPodesta, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Bilderberg, CIA agents arrested for rape, WHO pandemic. Happy Digging!

How on earth do you search that, for something like “FBI sniper Las Vegas” and how would you have any idea who put it there?
McCain's dead and this daughter quit being a democrat hero some time ago. And the Vegas shooting? Folks could all tell from the lack of press coverage that the killer was likely a government agent or 'friend' of 'elites'.

but, that would not download as a PDF file (HTTP error 403). Can download the torrent version:

but no way, nor ability, to crack that open.
A text file at the website specified in the OP:
“HOW-TO-MIRROR.txt”
recommends:
“file.torrent contains file.tar file as torrent - RECOMMENDED, PLEASE USE THAT FOR ENTIRE FILE COLLECTION!”
But again, no can do.
If you can download the files DO IT before they disappear because they WILL disappear!!
The maintainer forgot to apply the root directory permissions (namely read) recursively to the subdirectories. A classic rookie mistake.
They may be overloaded. I just checked a few and they came up.
