A survivor of the University of Idaho killings allegedly thought sounds from her four roommates being brutally slain was just noisy partying — and may have passed out after running into accused killer Bryan Kohberger.
Dylan Mortensen, 21, allegedly called out to her friends to quiet down after she mistook the commotion for partying, a source close to the case told NewsNation.
Mortensen allegedly opened her bedroom door around 4 a.m. and yelled: “Calm down, you’re being loud!” and “I’m trying to sleep!”

He thought all that gurgling sound was a bong.
The girls were screamers?
Actually I can somewhat understand her thinking this was (another) late night party.
The house was known as THE party house in that neighborhood. It was not uncommon for a hundred or so to show up and hold keggers there. (per national news reports).
My guess is that there is a lot about the “life style” in that house we will never hear.
Horribly unfunny
He is a she.
How do you know what a bong sounds like?...
He is a she? What’s new?
You probably never used a straw...It’s a long thin tube used by humans to suck liquid out of cups, and when air is mixed into the suction process, it’s makes gurgling sounds.
The survivors were not on the same floor. They probably blow off screams and such because that house was a known party place.
Like a real one. Born with front hole.
Or I know what a bong sounds like and was messing with you...
You’re messing with me?
What a hoot!
I often engage in hoots, banter, and ballyhoo...
I think Dylan is a she.
The thread is only 15 posts...Ya might want to read back.
We’ll find out more at Kohberger’s next court date, a preliminary hearing, which has been set for June 26.
Imma have to call BS on why that girl didn’t immediately call 911. How can you be too scared to call the cops?
have you ever been in this situation?...
Are you kidding? When I was in college and I saw a guy in a ski mask leaving my house in the middle of the night I would have locked the door and called 911 as fast as possible. These people were adults 20 years old or older.
