Hunter Biden’s legal team has been at the center of news coverage this month after it appeared to confirm the authenticity of his laptop in a letter (only to try to backtrack 24 hours later). It was a curious and gratuitous move for Biden and his counsel Abbe Lowell as they called for criminal investigations into his critics, suggested lawsuits against media, and even argued that the tax-exempt status of some groups be rescinded by the IRS.
Now, however, the team is moving in a far more precarious direction. They seem to be adopting the strategy of Steve Bannon that resulted in his conviction for contempt of Congress. Lowell categorically refused to turn over material to Congress this week, leaving his client open to a subpoena and possible prosecution. The move may have thrilled hardcore Democrats, but it is the Republicans who should be most ecstatic with Hunter's initial position.
Lowell has declared the oversight investigation in the Biden family's alleged influence peddling as illegitimate and has refused to turn over records related to its investigation. In a letter to House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY), Lowell declared "Peddling your own inaccurate and baseless conclusions under the guise of a real investigation, turns the Committee into ‘Wonderland’ and you into the Queen of Hearts shouting, ‘sentence first, verdict afterwords.’"
The move comes after news reports of a Democratic team forming around Hunter to attack potential witnesses and adopt a scorched earth approach in litigation. Even in personal matters, Hunter appears to be dispensing with his prior cultivation of a tragic and besieged figure. Recently, Hunter moved to block one of his daughters from using his surname.

The DOJ will not prosecute Hunter for any future acts of contempt, or anything else.
Why would anyone expect them to?
It just keeps getting weirder.
Maybe Hunter’s lawyers are working towards an insanity defense? (And that was not sarcasm on my part.)
Last I saw, he said Congress had no standing to investigate him.
He will get pardoned.
My hope is they’re only using the Hunter crimes to expose and prosecute the Criminal in Chief, his father.
DOJ won’t prosecute him for anything.

The “media” Dung beetles are really starting to worry about their boy, Bobby Biden aka Hunter. They’re doing everything they can to pull Bobby’s chestnuts out of the fire.
A presidential pardon is a delicious consideration. It is a father’s love for his wayward son who is an apple found at the trunk of the tree from which it fell.
Maybe they can get more to happen on hunter if they start adding the words bombshell and boom into the headlines
Dream on, the Biden criminal syndicate will be protected as long as there is a deep state to protect it, because prosecution would open Pandoras Box. It is te one thing that united left and right, Republican and Democrat. The politician who sincerely wants the Bidens prosecuted and isn’t just making safe political noise is the rare exception.
That is the plan according to congressman Comer.
So who’s going to enforce the subpoenas? My guess is that it would be the same people that suppressed the laptop evidence in the first place.
Wouldn’t hold my hand over my ass waiting for that to happen . . .
Nothing will ever happen to him.
The Biden crime family is getting more nerves a lot of new information in the light now and building.
The big guy’s power is fading at a faster pace the IRS may not release some records but others will the Biden’s left paper trails all over the place.
The others they have exposed in the gig not happy at all.

Right from the start House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) said this is about JOE Biden. In the original press announcement he stated over and over again that this investigation is about JOE BIDEN not Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden (not a target of this investigation) has EVIDENCE and knowledge that is “material” to this investigation.
Interesting and totally predictable, always have to throw in some conservative that was punished by the deep state, ie, Steve Bannon.
The "By Any Means Necessary" Party ALWAYS plays smashmouth.
By suing the people who disclosed his laptop, he for all practical purposes, admitted that the laptop is his.
