And the wonderfully satirical "Intenet killed the video star". There've been a couple of versions of this, but this animated one is IMHO the most fun:

And then in one of the weirder events in rock history they became Yes. Kinda Drama was a darn good album. Tempus Fugit is one of Yes' best songs ever.

I know people who love it. I’m really picky about my Yes. Yes Album, Fragile and Close to the Edge, that’s really it for me. The rest of the catalog just doesn’t connect. But I never yuck people’s yums. Glad somebody likes it.

Love that era. Ran that cassette damn near out of ferrite. Machine Messiah is a sneaky influence on a lot of progmetal to follow, almost every major player this side of Portnoy will reference it. The
Cinema and XYZ sessions of 80 and 81 were fascinating to me.
Trevor Horn gets a lot of grief that somehow Rabin doesn't for not being Jon Anderson, but I didn't mind him at all, and he's kind of taken the Jeff Lynne career track toward more of a writer/producer. Squire could have easily taken the lead but just didn't want that spotlight.

Drama showed how critical Squire’s backing vocals were to the Yes sound, that’s why they didn’t miss Jon Anderson on it.
