Sounds like someone mixed Pink Floyd and Lawrence Welk together in a bowl.
The +9 type chords on synth have a scifi mood to it.
The chord progressions and percussion give it the Lawrence Welk club vibe.
I would call it space club for genre, it would work as cantina music for Star Trek OS or Babylon 5.
