Covid virus is an RNA virus. It has no DNA.

I said nothing about DNA. There were 2 or 3 Moderna sequences, gp120 being one of them. They were patented to be used in oncology research. The gp120 sequence is related to the HIV virus.

Some individuals assert that he misspoke about the year, however, I disagree and believe he did not make a mistake in speaking.

That was just the title of the article I copied from the link at the Daily Mail.
My recall of the timeline was the Chinese released the genetic sequence coding in very late 2019 early 2020. And yes, all the virologists around the world could look at that and KNOW for sure there were be a pandemic from this — because it was a novel virus.
Brand new. Not seen before. Humanity had no resistance to it. It was going to kill millions, at least.
And they were right.
As to producing a vaccine in very late 2019 in response to access to that Chinese sequencing data, no reason that could not happen. In fact, it likely WOULD happen because everyone who saw the virus structure knew it would kill millions. Before the first death was recorded, it would be obvious.
