**Update 2-6-23**
In a statement released by Kyle Busch, it has been revealed that Mr. Busch returned to North Carolina after being detained in Cancun, Mexico. In the statement, Mr. Busch says that he had forgotten the firearm was in his bag and never had any intention of bringing it into Mexico. Mr. Busch says he and his family consider the matter closed, implying he will not be serving any jail time.
What happens in Mexico stays in Mexico.
Without a doubt.
**Mr. Busch says that he had forgotten the firearm was in his bag and never had any intention of bringing it into Mexico.**
If he’s telling the truth, he’s pretty sloppy with his firearm awareness.
If a lie, he’s portraying himself as being pretty sloppy with his firearm awareness.
“That is how Mexico works.”
True. Had a cousin imprisoned in Mexico City for counterfeiting in 1970. He was indeed guilty of the crime and sentenced to 10 years. My uncle and father went down to Mexico City and paid the DA $30K in cash and 3 days later my cousin was in San Ysidro waiting for my uncle to pick him up.
...in addition to giving them the revolver.
One wonders if his wife wasn't trying to set him up. "Here, honey, I'll pack your bag."
(butt-slammed)
If you are driving in Mexico and get pulled over, address the officer as “Captain” and hand him your license with a $20 folded underneath.
You’re welcome.
Oh jeez. He didn’t know where is snubbie was? That’s a crime in itself.
Guessing that having him wait on Brandon to arrange a lopsided prisoner trade wasn’t gonna be in his best interest.
Yet another reason to not go near that crap-hole. I know, I know, Mehico is beautiful blah blah blah.
