There’s a brand of frozen Greek yogurt that makes treats that are very similar to ice cream products, but have fewer calories. It’s called Yasso. Their dipped sea salt caramel Chocolate Crunch bar is my favorite if you can still find it. Also their vanilla crunch bar is quite good, as well as their fudge brownie bar.
