It's the welfare system plus the shipping of jobs to China that's the root cause of black behavior. Yes, blacks marched and rioted in the 1950s and 1960s but they had legitimate reasons to and they didn't dare put their hands on white people.

You get rid of the welfare system and give black educational and trade school opportunities it will solve this problem.

Agreed. The problem is not being black … meaning of African descent… but of the environment and the fact that the media and politicians have decided to treat dysfunctional “communities” as somehow representative of African-descent Americans and something to be emulated.

These kids learned thug behavior from their environment, and they’re getting psyched into this permanent racial anger by university professors and media stars…and of course, our friends, the Democratic Party, which benefits enormously from this subject population.
