Since Election Day, Sarah has tweeted her displeasure with ranked-choice voting, which Alaska used both this summer in the special election and on Election Day. Last week, she signed a petition by an anti-ranked choice voting political action committee called Alaskans for Honest Government.

It’s easy to criticize people even Trump who I voted for and still support.
Need to move forward and RCV is wrong. The elected Republicans are wrong too only about 10 percent were willing in the House to buck leadership.
BTW, Alaska, from 2020...

“*Alaska: Statewide (111%)”
Bet you haven’t fixed that, yet, either.
Can someone please explain how RCV does not violate 1 person, 1 vote?
It seems to me that the voter who’s initial vote did not win is now given a 2nd n 3rd vote where the person who’s 1st vote went to the leading candidate is not given additional an additional vote.
Anyone?!
How about trying to take care of her family?
I do believe that in 2016 she had plenty of money and her family was mature enough-depending on how you define mature. Not taking on the 2nd Murkowski(2016) suggests McLame made a mistake choosing her.
Makes you think the RNC is content with having the perks of office with none of the responsibility of being in power.
I like SP personally but am tired of seeing her on the national scene. She’s a serial election loser and although I see many excuses here it is time to admit that this dog isn’t learning new tricks.
It’s all fun and games until the Alaskans lose their permanent fund dividend...
Normally you strike while the iron is hot. Still some are ‘not ready’. Even still you have to take advantage when the opportunity arrives. I believe the iron was still hot in ‘16 when Murkowski wanted another term. 2 heavyweights. Now she couldn’t win on the JV team.
👍
Happy Birthday, dear Sarah! (Feb 11, I believe)
“Ranked choice”... just another scheme for Dems to get over.
States Rights and all, but isn’t it odd home some places “feel the need” for Ranked Choice?
She was a one trick pony. She should have stayed as Alaska Governor and never ventured onto the National Stage. Could have then been elected to Congress or Senate. The more I looked at her, the less interesting she become.
She would’ve been stellar if McCain, Nicole Wallace, etc., hadn’t conspired to take her down. Palin derangement syndrome is no different from TDS.
Jealousy is a powerful emotion.
Ranked choice is illegal in that it provides extra votes, but only for certain voters. Those whose candidate falters are rewarded with a vote for an alternate candidate. RC should be challenged in federal court as violating one person, one vote.
You got something there. Very good!
