CLEVELAND — It is no secret that Cleveland rocks.
Just ask anyone who lives here.
But our hometown is in the national spotlight earning top marks when it comes to the real estate market and people looking to buy a home.
Real estate website "Zillow" just named the CLE one of the hottest housing markets in the United States.
Cleveland ranked number 2 in the top 10.
Charlotte nabbed the number 1 spot.
Pittsburgh took third place (Check out the full list here: https://www.zillow.com/research/2023-hottest-market-31982/).
According to Zillow, the factors behind the rankings include expected home value growth, projected change in owner-occupied households and job growth compared to new construction.

So did Sam Wyche..."You don't live in Cleveland, you live in Cincinnati!"
Me too. Cleveland is the mistake, by the lake.
Good old Sam.
This has to be because of affordability. Florida will hit California prices soon at this rate.
Cincinnati is very affordable
When I left the Cleveland area 45 years ago the Cuyahoga River was in fire and the Browns sucked. Oh well the river isn’t on fire now.
Burn on, big river.
“The farms of Ohio
Had been replaced by shopping malls
And Muzak filled the air
From Seneca to Cuyahoga Falls
Said, ay, oh, way to go, Ohio”
Hard pass on that.
“She lit that cigarette on the wrong end, smoked it right down. Said it reminded her of Cleveland.”
-Ray Stevens
That’s because Geraldo Rivera lives there and you know thousands of people want to live close to him.
Nice “Rush” reference...
Hottest market? Market for what Arson Fires? Ain’t nothing hot in Cleveland. Isn’t East Cleveland poorest part of Ohio?
But the Indian’s stadium mustard was the best on the planet!
We would go the games just to eat hot dogs.
>>Cincinnati is very affordable
So is Detroit.
They’re not Indians anymore- Guardians or some other woke crap!
Detroit is improving. They are demolishing to the houses in the bad neighborhoods and downsizing. But downtown is looking much better these days.
That’s sure a change from years past when Cleveland was considered the armpit of the east.
No I won’t accept any amount of money no matter how obscene to move to Cleveland
