Worthless idiots with worthless diplomas can’t find jobs so they get government grants to do worthless “studies” that will be overturned in four or five years. “Nevermind”.

People just don’t cook for themselves anymore. We eat very little fast food, and most meals cooked from scratch because that’s what we’ve been doing for 50+ years.

Adelle Davis’ books talk about a lot of stuff they keep publishing every year.
If you lived as these crap articles suggest you live, you’ll be living as an aesthetic monk with no joys in life. I’d rather knock off a few years enjoying my life than maximize my lifespan by living the most unenjoyable life that these people can create.
