If you lived as these crap articles suggest you live, you’ll be living as an aesthetic monk with no joys in life. I’d rather knock off a few years enjoying my life than maximize my lifespan by living the most unenjoyable life that these people can create.
So, I’m being serious. I’m not wishing anybody dead, but rather I’m wishing everybody have a good time in life.
