Northern California. Does that mean the good guy gets arrested and thrown in solitary without a trial?

I’ve always thought states should sue those nonprofits (and their donors) under RICO (or state law equivalents) for facilitating a criminal enterprise.
Cities did that in Israel and shut them down. Money immediately dried up.

Saw a Walgreens ad this past weekend with a dude kissing a dude.
I'd hold the door open for the perp.

And what charges were filed against KEVIN in this event?
You know it’s going to happen...

“Northern California.” It would be nice to know what town . . . It was at a Walgreens in Alameda almost a year ago.

Great job Kevin. It starts with shoplifting being ignored, then becomes assault being treated lightly and eventually citizens are afraid to go out for fear of being murdered. People like Kevin will become the only thing to slow this down, as shown by the excerpt:
“Police said when bystanders try to stop crimes like shoplifting, they open themselves up to litigation and possible charges if the suspect is arrested, KGO said, adding that many big businesses don’t want to participate in an investigation.
And wouldn’t you know that while police said the stolen merchandise was recovered in this latest Walgreens incident, the store didn’t seek prosecution, the station said.”
When public officials ignore their responsibility to fight crime and punish criminals... we get a combination of vigilantism and anarchy. Assume more of the former, always be ready to defend what you love.

A fed-up Walgreens customer — tired of the rampant, brazen shoplifting in northern California, with little resistance and fewer consequences — decided to do something about it Saturday when he witnessed a man putting bottles of pills into a backpack.
Guess who will be arrested over this? This is why I'm a former Californian.
To: montag813
If he’s going to do it again, he should carry zip ties.

Walgreens refuses to file charges against the shoplifters,,,,ergo, I never shop at Walgreens as they have a higher opinion of the crooks than customers.
