My ex worked at a bar and would get a case of Blatz from the driver for the cost of the bottles. It was a Milwaukee beer too.

One of the funniest episodes of Happy Days was when Fonz set her and Cunningham up on a date. The living room scene was perfect comedy timing.

Blansky’s Beauties was sort of a spinoff.

There were a bunch of beers made in Milwaukee,

Pabst, Old Milwaukee, Blatz, Milwaukees best also.

Wisconsin had more beer made in that state than any state in the country.

Rhinelander, Point, G Heileman, Oconto, Kingsbury, Leinenkugel..heck, nearly every town had a brewery.

Rhinelander and Point are still going and have got to be premier bears.

Good many small micro brewerys now.

“Now that makes me feel old.”

I saw her signing autographs about 15 years ago at a gun show in Albuquerque. She was bubbly as ever.

I also saw the other day that Capt. Kirk is over 90. Oh my, I guess if you wait around long enough, you might get old.

Schlitz was big in the East, never caught on in the West.

My uncle was a Schlitz delivery driver in Beaumont, Texas.
