The NFL Pro Bowl is going to look different this year. Rather than an exhibition game, the league is doing a showcase of sorts, with flag football being the flagship event, so to speak.

IIRC the pro bowl used to be after the SB......when they changed that and stopped going to Hawaii I always though it was a terrible PR move......but its been my studied opinion that the nfl as a business has an ego big as all outdoors and believes they can do whatever they want with impunity......and as long as fans live their lives vicariously through their favorite team and or player(s) the nfl will not change.
What a snoozer 😴
I’ll pass on the love fest
The Pro Bowl used to be played the week after the Super Bowl. They moved it to the week before the Super Bowl to try to generate more interest in the game. Nobody cared about the Pro Bowl when it was the week after the Super Bowl and the end of the football season.
Seeing as how gambling has taken over the league, the NFL should just move their HQ to Vegas.

“When we talk about the future of the game of football, it is, no question, flag,” NFL executive Troy Vincent told The Associated Press. “When I’ve been asked over the last 24 months, in particular, what does the next 100 years look like when you look at football, not professional football, it’s flag. It’s the inclusion and the true motto of ‘football for all.’ There is a place in flag football for all.”
Who knew that in 2022 “1984”, “Enemy of the State”, and “Person of Interest” would be non-fiction?
Maybe I should add “Idiocracy” to my list...
More like Fag Football.
Don’t worry. I am convinced we are living in a computer simulation program. Nothing says anything different.
The Manning family has sold their souls to Vegas. Lost my respect completely. Their clean cut Oreos challenge image is long gone now. They promote the gambling at every opportunity.
There shouldn’t even be a game due to the nature of the sport.
The extra games don’t help either.
I remember watching an upcoming star playing on tv.
Robert Edwards for the Patriots.
Blew out his knee in a beach/sand game.
Dudes are too big and strong to F around.
They should.
Only reason I’m even considering watching.
Only reason I’m even considering watching.
Heck, Ray Fosse’s career was pretty much ruined, when Pete Rose ran into him in The All Star Game.
I remember that. Which is why until lately it was always AFTER the super bowl.
Having it beforehand is just plain moronic IMO
Where’d the “L” come from ...?
Charlie Hustle has two speeds, on and off…
Nap time!
Skills??
I can’t wait to tune in to watch linemen move blocking dummies around.
