DANA POINT, Calif. – EXCLUSIVE – Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel says that after winning an unprecedented in modern times fourth term as chair of the GOP, there won’t be a fifth term in her future.
"This is my last term as chair. I'm saying it on Fox News. It's done," McDaniel declared Friday in an exclusive interview with Fox News.
Minutes earlier, McDaniel won the support of 111 committee members who cast ballots in a secret ballot vote for chair, more than the majority of the 168 members needed to secure re-election. The vote took place on the final day of the RNC’s winter meeting, which was held this year at a luxury seaside resort in Southern California’s Orange County.

I have been a registered voter for 50 years and have never declared a party affiliation, initially identified as Independent and recently Unaffiliated. I vote in every election. This is the latest act carried out by the politicians that lets me know that’s 50 years of good decisions. The fact that I cannot vote in some primary elections is of no consequence to me.

I don’t normally follow the RNC Chair election, so I don’t really have perspective, but McDaniel won 111-51. That sounds like an overwhelming victory to me. It makes me wonder what the whole controversy was. The controversy almost sounds manufactured.
Because Trump has lost it. I don't know if it was the shock of 2020 or his age, but he is not the same man who served as POTUS.
McCarthy, McDaniel, Dr. Azz.....Trump has been supporting the biggest swamp monsters out there and many of us have had enough.
DeSantis came out in support of Dhillon and said the party needs a change of leadership.
Trump worked the phones behind the scenes (just like he did for McCarthy) to get McDaniel re-elected.

I mean, you have a terrible record for the last 3 election cycles, and now you say "this is your last term", what else is there to conclude from that?
I trust Trump. He vouched for her AND for her opponent, Harmeet Dhillon.
Why doesn’t someone like Dhillon or Lindell form a shadow RNC? It would probably receive the majority of donations from the grass roots that could be disbursed among real conservatives.
