My theory for Alzheimer's is Aluminum poisoning. Before the 20th century pure Aluminum was more rare than gold. Only the very top people got the Aluminum plates when they dined with Napoleon. The rest had to dine off mere gold.
Because we all evolved from a low Aluminum environment its sudden abundance could easily be causing issues today.

Dad always said that Tupperware caused cancer. You can look in any kitchen cupboard around the WORLD and you’re bound to find at least one piece of the stuff. ;)
I miss the old days when Parents and Grandparents died of ‘old age.’ :(
