On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, all top government officials take documents home with them when leaving office, it just happens. That is why it is ridiculous to take Bill Barr and legal analysts and others in the press at face value who are out to get Trump and want him thrown in jail for this. Barack Obama, Bush, Cheney, Gore, and Hillary are uncharacteristically quiet about Biden’s current classified document scandal because they know they have documents too. The National Archives has been politicized to the point of it being a joke, and Merrick Garland and his team of Castro-like Marxists have created a terrible precedent indicting Trump.

My question regarding all these reveals is, are internal gov departments are in a state civil war investigating and charging each other?
If as Presidents, Obama and Bush declassified docs and kept them as secure as Trump did, I have no problem with it.
Hillary wasn’t a president and had zero power to declassify anything in order to keep it.
I’m not a Levin fan, but he is right about this. They think they are above the law.

But if you listen to Bill Barr and the legal anal-ysts and all the rest, you’re not allowed to have classified info. If you took documents, it’s a crime, it’s that simple. Strict liability. It’s absurd. And it was absurb when they were all applying it to Trump. Which is Levin’s point. And why all of these guys are quiet now.
Even if they aren’t declassified I have no problem with ex-presidents keeping their clearances and holding classified documents. However, they must be treated properly: stored in a safe with alarms and access records and regularly inventoried like all other classified docs. You don’t keep them in a box next to the Corvette. Also no “only copies” so that the document is hidden. The original source must keep a copy.
Both Bush and Obama are former Presidents, they could declassify what they wanted. Fortunately for them, neither one is Trump.
I mean National Archives knew exactly what docs Trump had, and worked with him to help secure the vault in his house up to their specs. Basically he added another lock they suggested.
Why stop at the President/VP level? What about all these cabinet officers (even Kissenger), Senators, House members, former heads of the FBI/CIA?
How many did Jimmy Carter take home? Or.was he so long ago it does not matter?
But none of them have to worry about an unannounced FBI-DOJ appearance at one of their residences with the MSM tipped off.
Trump must have divine protection. They tried to get him with this bullsh*t and their torpedoes have circled back around to get them.
Why didn't they instantly realize items were missing - even back when Xiden was Senator?

Everyone of these criminals has documents. The laws the People live by do not apply to these criminals
Well, I am wondering if something much bigger is up. Both Biden and Trump, Pence all want to run for President. How does one take them all out of the race?
If having these documents is considered illegal common practice who is blackmailing them into revealing they have them? Who has that much power over them?
3 Presidential candidates for 2024. 0bama’s team? Well, I do not think so. Because I think 0bama has documents too, they all do. What puzzles me is why they just wouldn’t destroy them? Destruction of evidence a bigger crime?
