The Baton Rouge, Louisiana, bar where deceased LSU student Madison Brooks and the four men charged with rape crimes against her were allegedly drinking is now under fire, with a university official announcing, "It is time for action."
"She should not have been taken from us in this way," LSU President William F. Tate IV wrote in a recent statement. "What happened to her was evil, and our legal system will parcel out justice."
Brooks, a 19-year-old sophomore, died after she was hit by a ride-share driver in the early morning hours of Jan. 15 in East Baton Rouge Parish. Four people, including a minor, have been charged in connection with events prior to her death.

“I dont think you know how to read. Never said that. Stop talking to me if you just want to throw strawman arguments around. Im done with you.”
No strawman from me. You have to live with your posts.
responsibility for over-serving
The girl was 19, drinking age 21, she shouldn’t have been served at all!
Yes, what about the animals that totally took advantage of a way too drunk girl. They should have gotten her home safely instead of raping her. Animals.
That’s what I was wondering. Where were her friends?
Your post:
““Touch a hot stove, expect to get burned.”
clearly indicates that she deserved it.
“Did they pour the drinks down her throat “
Why do you keep defending these four thugs?
She apparently got into the car with them. If she collapsed or was carried out unconscious why didn’t the bar notice? I will judge based on facts not on the basis of a pretty girl being dead and now I want vengeance for it on the nearest convenient target.
All of that paragraph, as you deliberately are omitting the rest of it because it provides context you dont want to recognize:
The context I have is that everyone would treat it differently if it was a guy who made bad choices, and they would say those kinds of things about him if it happened to a guy. Theyd have no problem saying that about a guy. Whether itwas right or wrong to say it, theres no sympathy put forth for aguy who suffers from bad choices.
Now I’m done with you for good. Taking my posts out of context and claim I say things I didn’t. Awful person.
I get it. From Amber Heard to that thot that killed her BF in Miami, we are still using the old set of rules of female deference, when we have a wave of bad behavior by women.
Explain how that question is a defense of the 4 guys.
“The context I have is ...”
The contexts is, whether male or female, if you are stupid you deserve to get hurt.
I dont even say in this case its “bad behavior”. It was undeniably multiple bad, dumb choices. And i dont think she deserved the outcome.
“Explain how that question is a defense of the 4 guys.”
ROTFLMAO!
And we will see, the defense lawyer is claiming that there is video that will exonerate the men. Need to wait and see.
No
The context is when men do dumb things that cost them, society doesn’t defend them and says its on them, when women do dumb things that cost them, society defends them and they’re blameless
All you’ve done is show that those crimes are more prevalent now…at least in reporting
See society doesn’t care, by even the people on this thread they’ve already tried and convicted them in the Lifetime gynocentric court of public opinion. Its like an anonymous keyboard warrior lynch mob, just because female victim.
If they are guilty I want every one of them punished for whatever they are guilty of.
First of all, do not hang out with ferals. Second of all, do not get shit-faced drunk.
“She apparently got into the car with them.”
Why do you keep defending these dudes. Apparently it is ok to get a girl drunk to a .31% BAC, four men to rape her multiple times a dump her along the road?
For some of us 2+2 still equals 4.
