If it’s a burner phone, it can’t be traced. It’s swatting. I didn’t believe that it couldn’t be till my son told me. Thankfully, he’s leaving that profession, soon.

Swatting can absolutely be traced, even when done from a burner phone. It is quite a bit more work than the authorities usually want to do. So, they don't do it.
Which does not excuse those SWAT teams from their atrocious conduct. Every one of those guys should be fired and prosecuted.
Most local police forces should not be allowed to have SWAT teams. They aren't needed as much as they are used, and frequently aren't competent when they are used.
Bad shoot and stupid one. Flash or stun grenades would have been better weapons.

Strange you included this in your diatribe to me. I never said that these jackbooted thugs, deserved to be excused. I despise SWAT and Fdes. Going back to Waco.

I think he got swatted. There was a report of a hostage situation. Their robot camera showed he was sleeping and wasn’t armed when he walked out of the bedroom. And showed him picking the robot camera up.
Just as they are trained and paid to do...

You have to be f'n kidding me. (Sorry about the language - I'm generally pro-police, but this is insane. Maybe we need laws that prosecutors get fined significantly for "reckless and harmful" behavior.)
Thx for the link. It’s evident he wasn’t obstructing at all. If he didn’t have that camera in his home, they would have gotten away with that lie.
He has quite the scar and it’s a miracle he survived.

Incompetence in action proved here and US Marshals proved either cowardice or disregard for the rule of law in front of SCOTUS homes by not arresting protesters.
