I think he got swatted. There was a report of a hostage situation. Their robot camera showed he was sleeping and wasn’t armed when he walked out of the bedroom. And showed him picking the robot camera up.
He was charged with Communicating Threats and Resist, Obstruct and Delay.
You have to be f'n kidding me. (Sorry about the language - I'm generally pro-police, but this is insane. Maybe we need laws that prosecutors get fined significantly for "reckless and harmful" behavior.)
