A pig appears to have got the ultimate revenge at a Hong Kong slaughterhouse — knocking over and killing a butcher with the cleaver about to be used on him.
Police told CNN that the pig had been shot with an electric stun gun at the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse on Friday when it suddenly woke and pounced on a 61-year-old worker.
The swine knocked over his would-be slaughterer — who seemingly dropped his 15-inch meat cleaver onto his own foot.
Another worker found the butcher — named by local media as Cai — with the cleaver in his hand and his left foot bleeding profusely from the wound, police said.
He was rushed by ambulance to a local hospital, but was pronounced

Hogs are the ultimate eating machine. They are terrestrial sharks. The feral hogs that are running wild in many rural areas are just awful. They eat everything in their paths, fawns, nesting birds, new calves, anything that can’t get away. I came up on a small group that had just found a downed buck. I’m not a wuss, but it was awful. They had it consumed in ten minutes.
Reminds me of one of the Hannibal movies.
If you ever want to get rid of a body, find a pig pen or pond full of snapping turtles.
So I hear anyway
In one of my favorite books Miami and the Siege of Chicago by Norman Mailer (about the demonstrators opposing Hubert Humphrey at the 1968 Chicago Dem. Nat. convention) he wrote a vivid description of the cattle being herded toward the slaughterhouse and the shirtless man there doing the bloody job of first slashes there all day with fresh blood covering him all day and the pools of blood in which he stood.
Symbolizing the American people led to be duped by the politicians and the young Leftist demonstrators soon to be beaten, prodded, bloodied and jailed by the pro-Dem Mayor Daley corrupt cops, the cattle were led from boxcars to fenced ramps a long way from the slaughterhouse. Even so,and never having been there before or even hearing noises or smelling anything, they sensed somehow their bloody deaths were imminent. They got nervous and then wailed.
Mailer thought they knew from sensing the emotions causing the screams of the other cattle which they couldn’t hear that something horrible was ahead. The ML King and Robert F. Kennedy assassinations and countless riots and much mayhem were on the way in 1968.
I think the future was also the America today and the impending horrors coming soon.
Sounds like a scene from “Animal Farm”.
Lol!
That pig thought otherwise.
And PETA celebrates even though an animal was killed.
Bleed out from a foot wound…. Damn tourniquet people.. tourniquet.
Brute force but is effective

“Was that the cause of death or something else?”
Officially the cause of death will be covid19

A heavy, sharp, cleaver falling down a leg could certainly open up an artery in a serious sort of way. But slaughter houses are full of sharp things and every now and then someone is going to get nicked. What strikes me as odd is that they didn’t seem to have any first aid, tourniquet, kind of gear to at least tie off the poor bugger’s leg? He shouldn’t have had to bleed to death? That’s the pig’s job.
Boy, it really takes guts to post something that offal on FR! The effect on me was visceral.
Knowing the cruel way most Chinese treat animals, especially the ones they are about to slaughter, I felt this was completely karma that the pig got the guy. I'm quite sure the next butcher down the line grabbed the pig and dispatched it. They don't waste food over there.

Was the butcher processed as ‘pork?’
