The U.S. will not be able to restock inventories of critical munitions sent to Ukraine for years, even as some stockpiles have become nearly depleted, the Center for Strategic and International Studies found.
The U.S. has provided 1.1 million rounds of 155mm ammunition to Ukraine as of Thursday, according to the Pentagon.

Let’s give the Ukraines more. More money, too, so their politicians can get paid.
The only people prolonging this sh*t and causing more Ukrainians to suffer are the war hawks, safe and secure in their living rooms far far away, and those that support them with their Ukrainian flags next to their names.
But let’s give the corrupt little nation more so we can’t fight ourselves.
Morons. Absolute morons.

Even at emergency production rates, it will take several years before the U.S. is able to restock supplies of critical munitions sent to Ukraine, according to a recent analysis conducted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a Washington, D.C. based think tank.
Only one of the six weapons where stockpiles have fallen dangerously low is projected to reach normal levels within five years, assuming no further deliveries to Ukraine

I wonder if the Chinese are gleefully watching the US stock pile go down in support of UKR which would lessen the weapons and ammunition we can transfer to support Taiwan in case of a PLA attack on the island?

Look on the bright side. That’s less ammo the government will use against American citizens.
Right now the government and military is so corrupt and wicked that ordinary citizens can’t be certain whether a foreign government or their own government is a bigger threat.

Does the US Military report how many weapons they have to the Center for Strategic and International Studies?
This reminds me of the “Russia will run out of missiles by X date.”
No government is going to give an accurate count to think tanks or to the press. That would be incredibly stupid for obvious reasons.
This may not be of relevance but my grandfather was a quartermaster during WWII. We would go to the retired officer’s club when I was a kid. There were all sorts of leftovers from WWII, Korea and Vietnam stored in warehouses on that base.
There was so much of the stuff around they’d give some away to kids...not the weapons but demilitarized grenades, folding shovels, mess kits, clothes, canteens, cartridge casings, helmets, Garand clips, all sorts of stuff.
I’m confident that NATO, Russia and China have all sorts of munitions tucked away in various places.

How are the mighty fallen, and the weapons of war perished! (2 Samuel 1:27)
See this past thread. How ridiculous was American production in World War 2? [images at link]. For instance, in the past, The United States built and launched 141 Aircraft Carriers of all classes during the war. To protect them we built 498 escort ships (Corvettes and Frigates) As well as 349 destroyers
This is Willow Run. It was a B-24 plant built by Ford to mass produce the bomber. It ran its line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and produced a complete B-24 every 63 minutes on average. At peak, it produced 100 bombers in just two days.
America had 18 dry docks building Liberty Ships during WW2. Whereas typically riveted ships of the day took months to build, the Liberty Ships went from nothing to ready to launch in an average of 42 days in those dry docks. They were welded instead of riveted, and only built for a 5-year life span. Forty-two days doesn’t seem very fast? Well I did say that was an average. The first Liberty ship took 230 days to complete. The fastest built ship took less than five days. That is a 14,000 ton ship from laying the keel to launch in less than five days. We built 2,710 of these ships during the war.
Between the nine plants, 49,234 Sherman tanks were built during the war, accounting for about half of the tanks the US produced during the war. Yeah, half again. -Quora ^ | 2019 | Chris Morehouse

Absolutely, we will have to buy the materials to rebuild our weapon stockpiles from them.
The United States imports about 80 percent of its rare earth requirements from China, compared to a high of 23 percent of imported oil from the Middle East[1] in 2001

This is the plan. Have NOTHING for Taiwan.
We needed to put the hammer down when the so called stable genius was in charge. He needed to stop the circle jerk rallies that did nothing but stroke the tiny pecker he hasn't seen in years and he needed to CRUSH the deep state. It is now too late. Our friends will be abandoned, and then they will go after our money next. And then we will be venezuela. With mexicans and blacks. Prepare.

So - we’ve depleted our weapons cache by sending it all to Ukraine.
We’ve depleted our Strategic Oil Reserves - buy selling it to foreigners for kickback cash for Brandon, and/or basically dumping it into the streets.
We’ve depleted MILLIONS upon MILLIONS in hard-earned WEALTH from everyday American Taxpayers via INFLATION and confiscatory TAXATION with NO representation.
For Socialist Democrats? Sounds about right! *SPIT*
P.S. We’re so screwed. :(
