What was the real real reason for the COVID Vaccine Mandate?
1. Scare tactic to get more people vaccinated. 2. Control tactic. Letting us know who’s in charge. 3. Cooperation Test. The government was documenting the names of those who were not going to cooperate when the One-World government takes over. 4. To use for future lockdowns and pandemics to rig elections via mail-in voting. 5. Public safety. 6. Following science. 7. To reduce numbers at hospitals. 8. Population control. Shorten the lifespan of the population. 9. Weeding out the genetically defective. 10. For the money. 11. Reconstruct the medical establishment. 12. Establish Tyranny. 13. To establish vaccine passports for a future social credit system. 14. Purge patriots and free thinkers from the military. 15. To destroy the middle class. 16. To establish mass social conditioning. 17. God showing His people what it will look like when the Antichrist arrives.
I quit $45K/year over the road trucking because of the mask mandates, invasive temperature checks and all the other danger - uncertainty happening. Frickin I-40 AZ NM had mobile DOT signs “Masks Required In This State.” It seemed like any moment there would be a road block somewhere with army men in green holding guns standing next to lab coat men in white holding syringes.
I’m curious what percentage you feel like we were divided on FR over this?
Honestly, I don’t know. 10% appear to be pro Vax.
My guess is another 10% are pro but don’t like how it was mandated but don’t understand the mandates could easily be used to cover 98%
However 20% are hard core against it. 10% really understand the immense problems. The rest are FR is in the middle but just either went along or didn’t do it because the don’t like big pharmaceutical and couldn’t put their finger on the why.

I don’t quite get the logic behind the suggestion, “this is like when the Antichrist will come, but isn’t actually that.”
If something is like that then what standard defines that it does not rise to a necessary standard? The absence of an Antichrist? Not evil enough? If the “antichrist” is in fact the rule of antichrists (spirit of antichrist rampant) then this is not “like” that, this is that.
On that basis I was determined to remain unvaccinated to avoid the punishment of those who willingly took the “mark of the beast.” I continue to think this is “it” and we are in the 3.5 year reign of antichrist. Given when COVID-19 started (winter 2019-20) we are about three years in.
I can see different ways of interpreting the end stages of this rule of the beast, dragon and false prophet. The most direct is the return of Christ ending the rule and replacing it with the Kingdom. I’m a post-trib rapture believer and this is the tribulation. I’m also inclined to expect a symbolic rapture not a literal removal of Christians from the earth (although I know there are post-tribulation literal Rapture believers and if that’s right, then it’s right, and will prove itself to be right). The only practical reason to remove the faithful after the tribulation is to make it possible to punish the evil and/or to destroy the earth (which means either the heavenly kingdom is not to be on the earth, or the raptured would return after the punishment is complete).
Most if not all of the other reasons offered in the list have some possible validity. But I think it was done perhaps subconsciously to enforce the rule of the globalist elite who are the spirit of antichrist. Even if you need just one guy to wear the capital A “Antichrist” label, there are candidates there in plain sight. I never expected the Antichrist to go on TV and say, “Hey, folks, I’m that Antichrist you were told to expect.” And he hasn’t done so. However I am more expecting it to be a spirit of antichrist and that has been growing in the modern world in this entire modern era.

I was initially neutral about the vax but it rolled out sort of slowly so it was wait and see. Then all the wrong people were pushing it very hard and my red flags started going up. I had a number of other reasons for rejecting it and never got it after that. I also read enough here on FR as well. Daily.
Wait and watch is the best way for new products. I won’t buy a car on its first year on upgrades.

You should be concerned that the time is coming when God will "undo the evil," as you put it. It doesn't sound as if you're at all prepared for what that entails.

It could have been a test of faith. If so, billions failed it. It could be judgement for sins. It could be punishment for taking something that involved aborted fetal cells.
But most of the people and even authority figures doing this (advocating this, supporting this, demanding this) weren't consciously aware of the (psychological) reasons for which they were doing it.
