Seems like freedom of speech to me.
Has anyone tried a “Allahu Akbar” shirt? It’s basically the same concept — “My god is greater than your god” kind of thing. But the mall is probably afraid to shut that one out.
Offending a bunch of Somali Muslims, no doubt.
Lowest IQ people on the planet and we import a city full of them.
I don’t think a $5 hour Paul Blart has the synaptic wherewithal to make any determination along these lines. Stick to shop lifters and purse snatchers
Thanks-—sorry. Is there a way to see if something has been posted several times? I usually scroll through a page to see. Search is usually “hit or miss”...
Sounds to me like this guy wasn’t removed because of his shirt, but because he has a history of proselytizing at the Mall and had been removed/asked to leave many times before because of it.
Obviously, media can’t get stories accurate to save their lives, but certainly seems like this guy had been informed and asked to leave before for doing things against the mall’s rules.
Whether I agree with those rules or not... this doesn’t appear to be a case of just some random person walking in with a Jesus saves shirt and being asked to leave because of it, but someone who has come into the property multiple times to proselytize and been explained why he couldn’t and removed on more than one occasion.
I doubt it was Somali Muslims. Sounds like white woke people.
The truth is prohibited in America.
Now cheaters, sodomites and liars are encouraged
Living in the Northeast, I’m realizing the “hard core left” Jewish people do NOT tolerate anything Christian. In the schools near here they are responsible for the removal of Christmas trees, Christmas plays and anything “Christmas”.
The customer wearing this shirt may have just hit the civil rights lawsuit jackpot. By admitting that he was acting on the basis of the customer’s religious beliefs, the security guard has openly violated the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as it is applied (wrongly, in my opinion — but that’s another matter) to “public accommodations.”
Banning a customer from a shopping mall for religious reasons is no different than banning black people from a restaurant.
I usually use a singular word from the title but this time I used two: Jesus and mall, then click on ‘title’............
You have no freedom of speech on private property.
Thank you. I asked my wife when we saw the video-—was he harassing people? Was he going up to them and stating something or simply wearing the shirt. If someone goes in every day wearing that shirt but walking around, then I see no problem. I assume people come up to him and ask him-—because we know how offended idiots in this country are...if 5-6 people a day STOP HIM, then maybe some woke store owner is complaining that he’s “harassing people”.
However, they kept telling him to remove his shirt and nothing more-—now that is a concern. That’s why I believe it’s the latter...people asking him and the left does not like the truth. Main point, we know if a guy walked around every day with a “Christians suck” shirt this would be a moot point.
You have no freedom of speech on private property.”
Unless you’re a leftist supporting a leftist cause....we know the double standard. So technically you’re right, but in reality you’re wrong.
I did that and only one other post came up....
The box should contain only “jesus mall”, without quotes, and then pull down and click “TITLES”, then click Search.
The search box will then contain:
title:jesus mall
I don’t know what the courts would do.. but it seems the security knew this guy and his MO and on this day just decided to confront him before he started doing anything, at least that is what I can gather from what has been reported.
I just not falling for the knee jerk on this, that this was just some random guy who just happened to walk into the mall with a Jesus Saves T-Shirt on and the Jack Booted thugs jumped on him for that.
That doesn’t seem the case here. I doubt the mall or its security would win the case if it went to court, but context matters.... and this certainly seems to be a context of a known rule violator showing up, and being confronted. Whether they handled it well or not, is another story, but this report certainly does not come across as ooooo this mall is just out to persecute and discriminate against anyone who displays christian messages on their clothing.
