A San Francisco panel studying reparations has proposed a one-time payment of $5 million to each black resident of the city deemed eligible as recompense for the “decades of harm they have experienced,” according to a report on Monday.
“A lump sum payment would compensate the affected population … and will redress the economic and opportunity losses that Black San Franciscans have endured, collectively, as the result of both intentional decisions and unintended harms perpetuated by City policy,” the San Francisco African American Reparations Advisory Committee said in a draft report issued last month, Fox News Digital reported.
The proposal could cost the city, which has a 2022-2023 budget of $14 billion, roughly $50 billion, the Daily Mail reported.
The committee also proposed wiping out all debts associated with educational, personal, credit card and payday loans for black households.
The 15-member panel was established by San Francisco supervisors in May 2021. A separate task force created by California’s legislature is also studying reparations.
The city group’s report says: “Reparation must be adequate, effective, prompt, and should be proportional to the gravity of the violations and the harm suffered.”

Just for good luck, I would make the reparations 7 million to each black in San Fran Sicko. And this will include all blacks (foreign and domestic) catching a Grey Hound bus to get there.

How do they arrive at $40 billion? SF has a black population of 44,930. Multiply that by $5 billion and you get $224,650,000,000.
$40 billion means 36,930 black people in the city, 82% of the black citizenry are out of luck.
I didn’t see anything about where this $50 billion is coming from, and how fast. They had better hand it out all at once or there will be trouble.
San Francisco is a nuthouse. Every black person in America would rush to San Fran get his/her $5 million payment from the city.
These “reparations” people need to be put in straight jackets ASAP.

You know what? Go for it. It will be a good illustration in showing how this doesn’t work.
So the white people will be all working at burger king while the black people(Every one a multimillionaire) will have money to buy anything they want and not work a day. Prices on everything will go up through the roof. All the other races get to pay for it all. Just think of the economic and societal imbalance this will cause. This is about as insane as anything could ever be. I suppose the people of California will just tolerate it.
