But, anyone who did go to school has an academic record of grades. Anyone applying to law school already has a college degree and a GPA (correct?). So, maybe less emphasis should be placed on the LSAT score. How do you distinguish someone with an undergraduate degree from MIT from someone with a degree from Bubba's College of Beer and Taxidermy? What if the MIT graduate has a 3.5 GPA and the Bubba's College graduate has a 4.0 GPA?

This is anecdotal, but the few programmers I worked with who had degrees from MIT couldn't tell their serial port from a hole in the ground.

To be an accredited college, Bubba’s College (which I personally think is a fine name for a college) would be required to meet the same criteria as other colleges, so its courses must be the same level.
