Thanks. I’ve continued the prophylaxis protocol from about April 2020 through today. Almost everything on that protocol is on their much expanded I-RECOVER protocol.

It’s amazing that intermittent fasting is #1 in importance.

Sildenafil is in the “Adjunctive/Second-Line Therapies” column. Is that because the drug is useful or the, er, activity it promotes is useful?

I see “Non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS)” on the list. We get plenty of that by reading FR every day.

Every once in awhile I have to stop and sing this song to the karaoke tune as posted and linked below my initial comments. Singing it actually makes you feel better...

Government is basically made to kill people. That’s one thing they do very well. Why was the U.S. federal government created in the 1780’s? To kill people. Only the people it was created to kill were those of any foreign country that would invade America. The Feds were created to protect the people of America.

But the government is like a wolf on a chain guarding the hen house. The chain is to keep the wolf from turning on the hens in the hen house. In this case, the chain is the Constitution limiting the power of the feds. The feds have broken their chain. We’re the hens. We’re in trouble.

My understanding is that people can have effects that they aren’t feeling. I have seen recommendations that post vax folks get checkups and d-dimer tests.

My GP uses a similar protocol (probably based on this one) to treat post vax issues. She says the most common complaint she has seen is arrhythmia, but this protocol is working.
