Never thought i’d be binge watching A1 audit videos, let alone sub to multiple auditors within the past month. I like this style of auditing. Knowledgable, respectable, cordial (until harrassed and escalated) and educational; also quick witted. lol Keep it up man.

As a Veteran, I am upset this cop laughed at the US Constitution. This Post Office and the Police Department are a huge embarrassment, especially Kevin and the cop.

It’s sad to see how ignorant the post office “manager” guy is when he talked about you being a “guy who wished he would’ve been at the Capitol”
I’ve never seen a group of people more misguided, gullible, and disconnected as the modern liberal
I pray they open their eyes to allow some truth in before this country gets any worse than it already is

One of the best, legitimate, verbal lashings ive seen. Kid got seriously schooled and as much as hes trying to play it off, hes deflated and embarrassed.

Excellent work! You are very right about the reasons why our country is in a mess. Power abuse and corruption are everywhere, from local, state to federal levels, especially among public servants, mostly politicians. We need many people like you to stand up and speak truth to power to clean up those messes and make our country a better world. That very young cop is very young to understand your lecture about life. I am sure he will learn the hard way as he grows up. Thanks for your video!

One of the worst responses by a police officer and postal employee. Good work Jason and Ben.

I am suspicious of the police. And I am, in general, VERY supportive of 1A auditors. Someone must watch the watchers.

But I am not supportive of those auditors who go inside post offices, etc. Yes, it’s legal for them to do so. And government employees need to know that. But these auditors are just fishing for a confrontation, something to put on their YouTube channels. I am convinced of that.

After all, do post office clerks really need to be watched? I’ll say it again. It is legal to film them. But doing so does nothing to advance civil liberties. Nothing.

Better that these auditors keep an eye on traffic stops, cops bothering innocent people in parks, etc.

That’s not what this video or this “auditor” is about.

You sure nailed that!!

We dealt with a few of these at Vandenberg AFB and they intentionally crossed onto base property despite signage (and common sense) that warned they were on DoD property.

Their responses was something like "I was afraid I was going to get shot" and was ludicrous. Purely for theater. They were just told to get off of base property and they just kept trying to provoke troops just doing their job.

While the video is a year old, it does seem like just yesterday when LE would practically smash your teeth out to enforce the mask mandates. /s

What a difference education about this virus has made. Fear was rampant back then for a virus that is survived by 99.875% of the people who contract it. And as pointed out in this video there are mask exemptions. The police are there to enforce laws. If anyone thinks they can enforce a mask order, they also have to enforce the exemptions which everyone can use. This is all good to look back on and really think about how you will respond if this ever happens again. Will you wear your mask, shut up and stand on your dots?

I am sure that if the local TV news people showed up in their news van, the cop wouldn't have acted the way that he did. As an independent journalist, he has right to be treated the same as the corporate news media. So, in this day and age of youtube, rumble and other online videos, anyone can now be a journalist. Who is and who isn't a journalist is an arbitrary distinction. The postal manager created the confrontation by exceeding his authority. That is who was in the wrong, and then cop just made it worse.

These people are public servants. They work for us, although you wouldn't know it by how they act. I hate it when I go to government office asking for public information and instead of getting the information, the clerk asks, "Why do you want that?" They need to remember they work for us. This guy just made that point. Good for him.

Didn't the Auditor show on camera that He found an exit blocked on purpose after He went inside?

Didn't He state that He called the Fire Dept to report it as an illegal action and a safety violation?

Would Your position be different if the locked door led to injury or death because the exit was locked?

I believe the Auditor stated pretty clearly up front in the video that he wasn't there to watch the employees, but to publicize that He had full expectation that He would be told that He could not film on Public property.

Also, watching the Post Office's Manager accuse Him and His viewers as "J6 Wannabies" (or some such verbage) makes it pretty clear that the Manager was wearing his leftist policies on His sleeve.

Having watched the whole video, I'm disappointed to watch an ex-Marine laugh at, and significantly lack a knowledge of, the Constitution.

I suspect if that policeman acted that way at the Post Office, He would not hesitate to act improperly in other encounters with the Public.

> As an independent journalist, he has right to be treated the same as the corporate news media. <

I totally agree with that. In fact, I’d go one step further. The 1A makes us all journalists. We are all members of the press.

As I noted earlier, this guy (and every one of us) has the right to film anything from a public place, for whatever reason. My concern is a moral one, the ‘why’ of it. Is it to advance civil liberties? Or is it just to harass? In a way, it’s like a cop who has the right to give you a littering ticket for dropping a single peanut shell. But why do that?

I’ve seen lots of 1A auditor videos on YouTube. Some of those guys are really impressive. They keep cops in check. I guess for me the question is who started the harassment, the auditor or the cop?

If you watch IA videos you should know who Amagansette Press is and that he doesn’t do it to harass. You are defaming him.

He didn’t watch the video and he shouldn’t have been commenting. I’ll also add he doesn’t fully understand the purpose of so-called “1A auditing” or taking videos and photographs in public places. The object is not to “watch” people. It is to exercise our rights to take video and photopgraphs in public. Rights are like muscles if you don’t use them they go away.

Then the idea there is no reason to be videoing on postal property (the video shows otherwise) and you should just photograph “police stops and parks.” Problem is they will tell you the EXACT same thing at a park, at a police stop or any other public buidling or sidewalk, that you are not “authorized” to take photos and they are wrong every time. Imagine if you lived in a world where you can’t take pictures? It would be like North Korea.

I would be more concerned with the fact that postmaster correlates exercising a first amendment right with the Jan 6th incident. That’s a dangerous thought process.
