Raleigh, North Carolina under Democrat Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin has seen homicide increase at rates as high as 49 percent since she took office along with an overall increase in violent crime with a large number of offenses perpetrated by minors.
According to local news, Raleigh Police Chief Estella Patterson said on Wednesday, "When we see 14- and 15-year-olds committing crimes, we have to have groups of people who can really connect with them and be able to turn that around and prevent them from going to a life of crime."

You know how sometimes you can just look at a person’s face an tell they are clueless.
They care more about ‘inclusive’ and ‘equitable’ than the lives of the people. In other words, they prefer to allow some people to hate and kill, as long as victim groups are never made to take responsibility for their actions.
“Inclusive and equitable” alway, ALWAYS translates to “larger body count. Liberals....you can’t live with them and you can’t send them to another planet. Yet. C’mon elon....a little help here.

No, you need Mom and Dad in a traditional family unit raising their children right, providing the right example, setting expectations and holding them accountable.
So Officer Friendly has a bigger problem and needs much more than ‘groups of people’. This is a cultural problem, a treatable cancer, affecting far too much of our country.

I have no fault with her. She looks like a savvy, almost charismatic, almost innocent, lady.
But as a black person she’s of the wrong culture and race to “speak truth” to disproportionately black crime.
In her defense, no one individual is going to quickly turn around Raleigh’s crime problem.

Women shouldn’t be allowed to vote or hold office.
