That’s what I think will happen. It will be like having carbon monoxide detectors and asbestos remediation and stuff like that, under the guise of making everyone safer. What it’s really about is control.
Any “smart” technology can be hacked.
Think automobile propulsion, not carpet cleaning.
CONTROL!
I think once people meet induction cooktops, they’ll stop caring so much about their gas stovetops.
Apples and oranges comparison. LED light bulbs are much cheaper to operate. Heating and cooking with electricity is much more expensive. Personally, I have no interest in any electric stove, induction or otherwise. Same goes for electric heat.
Did you hear the latest from the WEF? It gets worse. No meat or dairy and everyone will be forced to only have 2500 cals a day. ( I might be able to sell my unused daily cals a day but I think they will do away with paper money too so no saving and trading scams allowed.) Plus you will be allowed only three articles of new clothing a year. And bathing will be once a week. Our overlords are so kind!/s
More regulation of citizens lives. Now they want to control the air in your home (allergens, Radon, etc.)
“better technology”?
Isn’t that code for “doesn’t work worth a damn?”
I would like to see in the Constitution where it says the government has the right to regulate anything they like. The government was never meant to be able to control what you choose to use to cook your food or the type of bulbs you prefer or anything else you choose to have in your home. I remember when Obama tried to get everyone’s home in the country retrofitted with ways to control heat and light like those curley Q bulbs and a certain type of windows and A/C etc. Didn’t go over well.
They’re starting to put smart meters in all over the place.
Till your cat or dog decides to play with it......LOL!
Fire your proof reader.
but then your brain wouldn’t get a workout trying to figure out the words- I’m helping you stave off dementia- You are welcome- no charge!

LOL. Touche’!
I have scores of 4-pack bulb containers. Probably will not exhaust them all in my lifetime.
You are really missing out on better lighting, cooler running bulbs, and less electricity usage.
“ Chefs and restaurant owners will revolt if they are forced to cook on electric stoves.”
Honestly, of all the outrages that they’ve foisted on us, this is one that I think even the brain-dead American peasantry might actually revolt over. Don’t f#*k with people’s food. This could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
Till your cat or dog decides to play with it......LOL!
Being a drone it appears to fly 7 feet off the floor.
